We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Waterfeatures.com. If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition.
To arrange a return, simply complete the returns form and send it back with your item, quoting your order number as the reference. If you do not have this please contact us and we will provide a reference. Returns should be sent using a courier of your choice to our warehouse in Manchester.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 14 days, provided the item is undamaged, unused, and suitable to be returned to stock.
